kind of a vague question, but here goes. . .
does it work?
is it wired according to the schematic?
are the installed components the correct ones according to the schematic?
does it draw current?
does it draw the right current?
is there good ground continuity (via a multimeter)?
are the point to point resistances (via a multimeter) correct?
(this last part requires “working hot” – so be careful) – is the right voltage (via a multimeter) getting to the locations of the circult where non-zero voltage is required?
start with the first question, and if not, answer the subsequent questions.
perhaps one component is incorrectly soldered (open solder point, or solder bridge->short), or perhaps a component is just bad.
cheers
